Idea stuck in Head-damned tests Tune stuck in head-After listening to the story Tian told us...I keep hearing the Violin "G" string resound in my head. Poor me. Stuff to be Motivated to do-Stop cursing people and being so crazy.
WELCOME BACK!!! Yes. Today is the first time in a long time since I last updated my blogie...my cutex lil'x bloggiex!!!-oh man...this is getting so lame-
Er yeah. So after I very OBVIOUSLY complained about the Chinese Worship Team...either they read my blog or they sort of woke up or something, 'cos they asked the English side to help them out and take over the combined services. That's impossible. THE WHOLE THING WILL BECOME PRE-DOMINANTLY ENGLISH. Not very fair to the Chinese congregation.
So on Friday, after camp, there wasn't any golf, but I told my mum there was and I went out with Emelyne, Gladine and Geraldine. Emelyne, Geraldine and I went to Macs for lunch while waiting for Gladine's camp to finish. Then we went Bugis and took neoprints (you can take alook if you guys wanna see-just ask me yeah) and shopped for Gladine's birthday present. That girl wanted this really really complicated purse and we went to a thousand places...Billabong, some duno what shop and Roxy. Roxy was much too expensive, though they had what she wanted...at $50-60. Like I'm that rich...though I'd like to be... =) Really unexpected that Roxy has wallets at $10...but they look damn op-ish. eww...not original yeah. The Roxy part was when we went to C!tylink la. Then we dragged Gladine to HMV and we got her a CD. She changed her mind like I dunno how many times before she decided on a Matchbox Twenty one. MATCHBOX TWENTY ROCKS!!!!! =) So after that, Emelyne and Geraldine go to the Esplanade Library to look for scores...wonder if they got any, though. And Gladine and I go the opposite direction. I accompany her for dinner at Burger King and we go home together after that by my favourite form of transport-MRT!!!-oops...sorry- =)
But all good things don't last long, do they? At least not for me. I became feverish when I got home, got a fever on Saturday, didn't go for music prac and Tried to pontang church on Sunday. NOTE: TRIED. Which means I didn't succeed. Hey....I composed a poem during sermon yeah. Then I took a nap till announcements. Oh yeah. And there's CE test next week? Die man...I'll fail. I've never actually heard anything in those classes. Hope I can come up with sensible answers. I think they're open-ended. *waha...*Ahh...here goes the poem, ok? Skip if you think I'm lame, stupid and stuff. But before I start...I don't think it makes sense yeah. And SORRY EE LYN!
MALiCE PRETEnSE
Dark sable tresses
Flood the soul.
Why?
She refused the knife.
*
Ebony cloth
Bound the eyes.
Why?
He was denied sight
*
A question we must ponder:
Were they happy?
Yes!
They couldn't be more.
*
Denied sight,
Jaded of sense--
How could they,
EVER!
*
A glass ball
With snowflakes
Roll around
In Winter Wonderland
*
Whee!
Till it smashes.
"All Candy Houses MUST Come to and End"
Darkness disintegrates with them.
*
Brush away funky pink and cooL black...
Wow.
Olive-green, baby blue and who-knows-what,
All swirled into one--
ONE MESS
*
They wandered around
With new-found freedom.
Deceived by fronts,
Ignored the disguises.
*
Foolish. Stupid? Brainless. Morons?
No.
Innocent?
They were simply fooled by others.
*
Who knows why,
Who knows how.
"I don't understand!"
I really don't!
*
And neither do they!
It's supposed to fit how I felt on Sunday morning. Really terrible. Sermon (quarter-listening) brought back horrible memories. Especially this few weeks' sermons. I don't know why. Then I'll go to the toilet and start crying,
Oh well. Whatever.
I mumbled to myself not to mumble ever again- 5:53 AM
