tune stuck in head-The Lonely blah from the Sound of moozik idea stuck in head-why all lovers must elope in Shakespeare stuff to be motivated to do-hw
Last Sat night from 7.30-10 was the PLCMC concert. The orchestra was good...but they had this solo violinist that wasn't playingveryaccurately. Yeah. You know what I mean. She had a tuner placed next to her and she looked like she was going to cry halfway through...poor girl! Then there was this solo cellist (Jolyn)...she was great! Her vibratos were like perfect...to me. She is my idol!!! haha..no .... I think she's in P5. Then when it was my turn...the pastor pronounced my name wrongly...and my song title on the programme sheet was spelt wrongly also. Don't know what they're doing...sho irritating!!!!!!!!!! Emily went first...she was awfully nervous but she did okay...you go gurl!!! =) hahax. *seeeeeexy!!!* =) Erm yeah. The audience clapped evenbeforeI ended. But it was okay. Ms Tan said I did well also...but if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be what I am now! (omg...this is getting like some tribute...) The only unfair thing was that Emily and Jia Yan got flowers!!!! So much for the same cell group thing...then I got a bit envious. Why don't I have a cell group?
Music prac in the afternoon was quite nice...I got a break 'cos I played the synthesizer and Grace dear took my place at da keyboard. For once Roland referred to her =). Actually playing the synthesizer is fun! You get to make all the apecial effects and the farnie noises and play the melody and have so much fun!!! lala...ooooops.
On Sunday, because Ee Lyn didn't tell me I was supposed to be at the jap association at 1.45, I went at 12.30. sighx... Luckily I brought a book along. (Stephen King- The Gunslinger) . The concert was nice. There was this little boy doing a duet with Mrs. Low and he was rushing throught the entire song and after he finished, he did this superman pose on stage. Everyone laughed...but he was really cute! I think his name is Elliot. The vocal performances were all great! Ee Lyn sounded rather nervous...but my mum thought she sounded good! Like what Anne said, I think everyone did well! =) The Jap ladies chorus sounded realloy good...although they sing "christmas" with an accent on the mas...like christ-mahs.
With so much activity going on...I didn't feel so bad about missing the 1J chalet. I know about some of the funny happenings though...like the one aboutZara getting trapped in bed by the guys and Benjamin rushing up to "save" her.hahahax...
*today till friday-co camp 9-12. xiao you to fen us.
*19 days till christmahs!
I mumbled to myself not to mumble ever again- 2:20 AM
